CP936不能表示欧元，看看GB18030

?

可以下结论了……
?符号属于Unicode字符，这一字符并不受GBK编码支持，而是受GB18030支持。
不过WAP的程序在转换输入和输出编码的时候错误的传入了GBK作为输入字符参数，结果这一符号被iconv的强过滤删去了

现在编码已经改成gb18030了，应该正常了。
至于为什么桌面版的能发……嘛桌面版不用转换字符集，所以也就没过滤……
WAP是UTF-8编码的，所以需要转换。

另外旧版的WAP界面我没改，估计也没人在用……
